Learn to Make Simple, Seasonal Herbal Remedies from Your Kitchen
Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop focused on practical herbalism using spring herbs and everyday ingredients. In this class, we’ll explore how to make nourishing kitchen remedies to support your energy, digestion, and immune system during the seasonal transition.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify and work with common spring herbs like nettle, chickweed, dandelion, violet, and cleavers
Make herbal vinegars, tonics, and mineral-rich seasoning blends to use in everyday meals
Brew nourishing infusions and explore food-as-medicine practices that are simple to bring into your routine
Use spring herbs to gently support liver, lymph, and overall vitality
This workshop includes hands-on medicine making, a brief spring plant walk on the property, and herbal snacks and tea. You’ll leave with multiple remedies to take home, a recipe guide, and the skills to keep practicing kitchen herbalism on your own.
No prior experience is needed—this class is designed for beginners and those with a basic knowledge of herbs who want to build more confidence and practical skills in seasonal wellness.
All materials will be provided. If you wish to bring a notebook to take notes, you may, but you will receive handouts during class as well!
